Mike Blackney

Michael Blackney is an experienced professional in operations and market access, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Pricing and Market Access Director at FIECON since September 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Covance from May 2014 to September 2019, including Director and Principal Consultant in Payer Insights and Access. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a consultant and senior medical/economic writer at Medaxial from August 2010 to May 2014, as well as a research scientist at Trigen Holdings AG from September 2003 to September 2006. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biochemistry from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
