Christian Jansen

Christian Jansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian started their career as a Freelancer, working as a Management Consultant and Trainer from April 2003 to November 2004. Christian then joined DPD GeoPost (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG, where they served as the Head of Process Management from December 2004 to December 2006, and later became a Member of the Executive Board Express and Manager of Processes, Projects & Business Development from January 2007 to May 2008. Christian then worked at RDS CONSULTING GmbH as a Senior Consultant Business Engineering and Project Leader from June 2008 to November 2010. Christian joined Kuehne + Nagel as the Forwarding Manager, Head of Special Transport Department, and Authorised Representative, managing two regional businesses and having budget and turnover responsibility from December 2010 to September 2012. Christian then worked at FIEGE in multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager for Operational Excellence, Improvement & Implementation from October 2012 to June 2015, Director Internal Audit from July 2015 onwards, and most recently, as the Head of Strategic Purchasing from July 2019 to March 2022. Christian also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board/Administrative Board at Stadtsparkasse Rheine since December 2020.

Christian Jansen completed their education at Ruhr University Bochum. From 1997 to 2002, they earned a degree in Social Sciences as a Graduate social scientist. In 2003 and 2004, they obtained university certificates in Labour Sciences from the same university.
