Silke Schroeder

Silke Schroeder has a robust background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles. From December 2018 to February 2023, Silke served as HR Fachverantwortliche at vanBaerle Gruppe. Prior to that, Silke worked at vanBaerle Management AG as HR Fachfrau from October 2010 to February 2023, and earlier held the position of Personalsachbearbeiterin at Befrag Schiffspersonal GmbH from May 2008 to August 2011. Currently, Silke serves as Teamleiterin HR Operations at FIEGE since February 2023.
