Freda Klokke

Freda Klokke is currently a Casemanager Omgevingsvergunningen at Gemeente Zwolle, a position they have held since 2022. They previously worked as a Regisseur Omgevingsvergunningen at Gemeente Apeldoorn and as a Projectconsultant at YER. Between 2008 and 2018, they served as a Bouwaccountmanager at Gemeente Groningen, and prior roles included Bouwplantoetser at both Gemeente het Bildt and Gemeente Delfzijl. Freda holds a degree in Bouwkunde/Architectuur from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and a degree in Technische planologie from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, and they are currently pursuing further education through BOB Opleiding, Training en Advies.
