YOUR COMPETITOR'S BEST KEPT SECRET IN LOS ANGELES

Global boutique research service firm specializing in international projects and unparalleled client service for 24 years by married owner/operator team: Eileen and Tony Blass. OK, some may call us "Mom and Pop Shop." No problem, if by that they mean 24/7 responsiveness, ability to go above and beyond needs fulfillment to sensitivity in anticipating and delivering top tier service, expert recruiting in many languages and communities, and fast-turnaround cutting edge deliverables of virtually anything you could need. Our specialties include taste tests, automotive clinics, ethnography and medical research. Our focus group suites are comfortable, technologically superior and fashionably decorated. But you expect all that, don't you? Let's jump past the "bigger is better" canard and over the me-tooism of the normal facility pitch and get real.

We're the best recruiters period. Why? Because our top managers speak to EVERY respondent before they are allowed into a group. Their goal is NOT to "qualify" respondents but to DISQUALIFY them. Respondents have become very savvy to the process and no matter how many electronic "security" barriers are in place, nothing replaces the expert ear of a veteran with decades of specific marketing research recruiting experience. They can quickly identify a scammer or a serial repeater. Eileen and I started our careers together 35 years ago as focus group recruiters and we have learned and perfected our craft over many decades through continuous hands- on, day-to-day involvement and our lack of FEAR of the telephone. If one of our managers isn't available to speak to a respondent, then Eileen or I will pick up the phone and re-screen ourselves. Because we're not "too good" to recruit. It's the lifeblood of our service. If YOUR favorite owner/operator or Facility Manager isn't PERSONALLY SPEAKING to your respondents, give us a call. Learn the secret of true recruiting expertise.
