Michael Mercier

Michael Mercier is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system architecture and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior System Architect at Field Effect since October 2021, Michael has previously held significant roles including System Analyst at Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada from October 2003 to October 2021, and Technical Support Agent at Convergys Corporation from January 2003 to October 2003. Michael began their career as a System Support Specialist while studying at the University of Lethbridge, where a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was earned from 1995 to 2002, also gaining experience as a Software Engineer and Unix System Analyst through co-op positions at Nortel.
