Shae Beiersdorfer

Shae Beiersdorfer, CHRP, currently serves as a Senior People & Talent Partner at Field Effect, where the focus is on delivering premium cybersecurity solutions to small and medium enterprises. Previously, Shae held the position of Manager of Human Resources / HR Business Partner at 1VALET, leading a three-person HR team and facilitating significant company growth. Prior experiences include roles as a People and Culture Specialist, Recruiter, and Sales Development Representative at Hoppier, as well as contributing to Giatec as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Shae has also participated in competitive events, notably representing Telfer at the Jeux du Commerce Central 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
