Ted Raymond

Ted Raymond has extensive work experience in various sales and technical roles. Ted worked as a Sales Engineer Lead at Field Effect from December 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Sales Engineer at the same company from December 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Field Effect, they worked at SolarWinds MSP as a Senior Customer Success Manager from June 2020 to December 2020, a Senior Sales Engineer from May 2019 to June 2020, and a Sales Engineer from July 2017 to May 2019. Ted also served as a Senior Sales Engineer at VideoShip from September 2014 to February 2017. Ted started their career at International Datacasting, where they held the positions of Senior Manager, Quality and Professional Services from 2011 to 2013, and Sales Engineer from 2008 to 2011. Ted initially joined International Datacasting as a Sales Engineer in 1998 and remained in that role until 2008.

Ted Raymond attended the University of Ottawa from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics (Arts) degree. In addition to their degree, they also have several certifications including Enhanced Security Clearance from Public Works and Government Services Canada, Six Sigma Green Belt from Mouvement québécois de la qualité, and Lead Auditor ISO 9001-2008 (TPECS) from BSI.
