Field First LLC is a progressive consulting firm focused on helping community organizations, issue-based coalitions, labor unions, political campaigns, and companies achieve their goals through a grassroots approach. Field First’s core belief is that organizations already possess the power and assets necessary to win campaigns and succeed, but that capacity is best harnessed and directed by a metrics-based field operation. The field program should invest in leadership development and training, envision a clear division of roles and responsibility, and be guided by a strong and flexible plan for victory. Field First’s approach enables organizations to achieve their short-term electoral and political goals while also building long-term capacity, growing organizational capacity to meet future challenges and take on future campaigns.
