Alex Bauer

Alex Bauer is a change leader and community builder with over eight years of experience in economic justice, public health, and the built environment. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Double Up Food Bucks NY at Field & Fork Network, Alex previously held the position of Equity and Engagement Program Manager at the City of Baltimore's Department of Planning. Alex's expertise includes building evidence-based engagement strategies and developing performance indicators, underpinned by a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning and ongoing studies at the University of Connecticut. Throughout their career, Alex has focused on community-driven solutions that enhance wellbeing through trauma-informed and person-centered approaches.
