Ben Adams is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, sales, and product management across various sectors, including construction, IoT, and energy. As President of Field Sim since April 2020, Ben addresses workforce challenges in the construction industry. Additionally, Ben serves as a Startup Mentor for Pirate Wind Turbines, assisting in the development of innovative small wind turbine technology. Previously, Ben was the Platform Product Leader at Resideo, enhancing IoT solutions for homes, and held key roles at Siemens, driving significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Ben's leadership extended to the nonprofit sector as Executive Director of Devs Give Back, where collaboration with tech professionals improved community services. With a solid educational background, including an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington, Ben combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive results.
