Technology Operations

Technology Operations has been in the information technology field for over 25 years. They have experience working in a variety of roles, from consultant to manager. In their current position as Tech Ops Leader at Field, they are responsible for leading a team of technicians who provide support for the company's IT infrastructure.

Technology Operations began their career in the early 1990s as an Infrastructure/Telecommunications Consultant with ALL-TECH Wire Systems. In this role, they provided consulting services for a variety of clients, including hospitals and other businesses. They gained a broad range of experience in the field of information technology during this time.

In 2002, Technology Operations took on a new challenge when they became the Information Technology Technical Services Manager at Advocate Sherman Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for managing the hospital's IT department. They successfully implemented a number of enterprise-wide applications and developed standard operating procedures for the department. They also received two Advocate MVP Awards during their tenure at the hospital.

In 2015, Technology Operations left Advocate Sherman Hospital to become the Director of Information Systems at Advocate Condell Medical Center. In this role, they successfully restored the relationship between the IT department and hospital leadership team. They also redefine IT department culture, which led to improved associate satisfaction scores. Additionally, they successfully eliminated legacy EMR systems and migrated to Advocate Standards.

Technology Operations is currently serving as the Tech Ops Leader at Field. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of technicians who provide support for the company's IT infrastructure.

They work with Systems Engineering - Systems Engineering Leader, Customer Delight (Support) - Head of Customer Delight, and Product Development - Chief Product Visionary. Their manager is CTO, CTO. and DevOps Engineer - DevOps Engineer reports to Technology Operations.
