He specializes in building out and managing the financial, legal and administrative operations in early and growth-stage companies. At FieldAware he provides leadership over financial/managerial accounting & reporting, financial planning & analysis, strategic planning, cash management, fundraising, investor relations, legal and human resources.

Chad brings 15+ years of experience working with technology companies (B2B SaaS, Cleantech, Healthcare IT) throughout the world. He holds an International MBA with emphasis in Finance & Mandarin from top-ranked Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a BSBA degree in Finance & International Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
