Sid Engeran

Sid Engeran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sid started their career at Ericsson, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Team Lead. During their time at Ericsson, Sid successfully executed multiple projects, developed applications and products, and implemented PMI practices to achieve CMM Level 4 certification.

After Ericsson, Sid co-founded Agile Business Development, a consulting and training company focused on project management, process management, and quality management. Sid also played a key role in establishing deployment plans and governance models supporting the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Sid then worked at Business Engine, a software solutions company, where they served as a Professional Services Specialist. Here, they helped organizations utilize the BEN product to align corporate objectives with IT investments and measure business results.

Next, Sid joined JCPenney - IT as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. Sid was involved in various projects related to application development, software process improvement, and quality testing and compliance programs.

Most recently, Sid worked at FieldAware as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Director of Support. Sid played a crucial role in the development and implementation of a SaaS application for managing field service technicians. Sid also served as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager for various development projects and was responsible for API development, connectors, and reporting and analytics.

Throughout their career, Sid has demonstrated expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, business analysis, and software development. Sid has a strong focus on improving processes, achieving certifications, and delivering successful outcomes for organizations.
