Joshua Farray

Joshua Farray is a skilled technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and business modernization. As Co-Founder and CEO of FieldClock LLC since February 2015, Joshua has led the company in pioneering farm labor management solutions that replace traditional pen-and-paper methods with innovative apps, enhancing transparency for both employees and employers. Prior to this, Joshua served as Co-Founder and CTO at FieldClock, and as Principal Engineer at Farray Networks Inc, where efforts were focused on helping small businesses streamline outdated workflows through modern web and mobile applications. Earlier in Joshua's career, significant contributions were made at Paramount Export Company, initially as a Software Engineer, developing internal software applications for various business needs, and later as a Sales Representative, managing accounts in multiple regions globally.
