Caroline Werunga has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa region. Caroline most recently worked at FieldCore as the Region HR Director for Middle East & Africa and previously held the role of Region HR Director for Africa, India, and the Middle East. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR for the MEA region at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions and as a Senior HR Business Partner at GE Power & Water. Before their time at GE, Caroline worked at Deloitte Eastern Africa as a Regional HR Manager and at SOUTHERN ENGINEERING CO. LTD as an HR Manager. Caroline began their career at Consolidated Warehouses (Msa) Ltd as an HR & Administration Manager. Overall, Caroline has a strong background in HR management and has gained valuable experience in various leadership roles throughout their career.

Caroline Werunga obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from the Kenya Institute of Management in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued an IBA degree in International Business and Management from the United States International University - Africa, completing it in the period of 1991 to 1994.
