Region CFO - Asia at FieldCore

Cheryl Eu has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Cheryl has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Cheryl started their career at Keppel Shipyard Ltd., Singapore as a Senior Finance Officer. Cheryl managed financial closing, budgeting, management reporting, statutory audits, and project accounting for Keppel Singmarine P/L. Cheryl also had a short-term posting in China to set up a subsidiary and establish finance policies and systems.

Cheryl then joined GE Energy Services - Power Services as a Region Finance Analyst. Cheryl'sresponsibilities included managing controllership aspects, handling tax and statutory requirements, and stabilizing Oracle ERP. Cheryl became an expert user in Oracle ERP and also supported its rollout in the Americas and Middle East. Cheryl later became the Asia Finance Conversion Leader before transitioning into the role of Project Accountant.

Cheryl continued their career at GE Power & Water - Power Generation Services as a Senior Accounting Manager for Asia & India. Cheryl oversaw finance processes, accounting, and closing activities across the region and managed outsourced teams and partners.

Cheryl then moved on to become the Region Finance Manager - Asia for GE Power & Water - Distributed Power. In this role, they provided finance leadership to the region team across ASEAN, China, Japan, and Korea. Cheryl managed all finance processes and partners to maximize business revenues, margins, and cash. Cheryl also led regionalization efforts for newly formed businesses to drive growth and localization.

Following that, Cheryl joined GE Power Services as the Region Finance Manager - Operations. Cheryl provided finance leadership for the Operations aspects of the new Power Services organization, which merged legacy GE businesses and newly acquired Alstom operations. Cheryl was a business partner to the Operations team, focusing on integration, cost-out, productivity, and system and process improvement. Cheryl also led GE Aero Services during the transition into the Power Services portfolio and continued to drive financial performance and growth.

Most recently, Cheryl joined FieldCore as the Region CFO - Asia.

Cheryl Eu obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in the years 2000-2003. Cheryl also holds a certification as a Chartered Accountant Singapore from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
