Doug Sharp is a retired professional currently serving as the ePMO Operations Manager at FieldCore since 2016 and as the Director of SharpDA Consulting since 2015. In these roles, they have assisted senior leadership with departmental oversight, managed project portfolios, and contributed to training processes.
