Gretchen Peak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and procurement management. Currently serving as the Global Sourcing Process Manager at FieldCore since April 2018, Gretchen has facilitated major regional transitions from Oracle to PowerMax across 81 countries and 5000 suppliers while implementing significant improvements to the Ariba system. Prior to FieldCore, Gretchen worked at Granite Services from January 2011 to April 2018, where efforts focused on the implementation of SAP Ariba and SAP Materials Management in 14 countries and streamlining workflows at GE. Earlier roles include senior buyer at The Planet, facilities manager at NetIQ, corporate services assistant at Hines Interests, and course director at Princeton Review. Gretchen holds a BA in Biology from Trinity University.

This process – including local consultation processes where required – is likely to take a few months, Granite in Europe will transition to FieldCore and a more detailed country transition plan will follow in the coming weeks.
