Ian Chadwick

Ian Chadwick's work experience begins in 1989 when they were employed by British Coal as a Team Leader. Ian then worked for Aon Risk Services, where they held various roles and was eventually promoted to Project Manager. In 2001, they joined Capita Insurance Services as a Contract Compliance & MI Manager, responsible for overseeing the performance of a key government contract. In 2011, Chadwick joined GE, where they took on the roles of Regional Compliance Leader, European Compliance Manager, and Global Compliance Leader / Director Trustee. Their responsibilities at GE included implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, managing projects, and monitoring policy compliance. In 2021, Chadwick joined FieldCore as the Global HR Program and Compliance Director.

Ian Chadwick attended the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2009, where they studied executive management and earned a degree in Leadership and Management. In 1999, they attended the Institute of Management and obtained an HNC degree in Management. Additionally, they attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1993 to 1994 and received a qualification as a Lead Auditor for ISO.
