Lisa Johnston is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various human resources roles. Currently serving as the HR Manager at FieldCore since February 2017, Lisa also holds the title of HR Manager - EU North. Previously, Lisa worked at Granite Services from May 2008 to July 2021 as an HR Generalist, where responsibilities included building sustainable relationships with employees and managers across the organization in a fast-paced environment. Earlier career positions include roles as HR Specialist and HR Administrator at esure, as well as HR Administrator at Diageo. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Stirling and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

This process – including local consultation processes where required – is likely to take a few months, Granite in Europe will transition to FieldCore and a more detailed country transition plan will follow in the coming weeks.
