Rodrigo Gonçalves

Rodrigo Gonçalves, PMP, MBA, is a seasoned professional in project management and engineering with extensive experience in the energy and aquaculture sectors. Currently serving as a Service Manager at FieldCore since November 2019, Rodrigo leads manpower services for gas and steam turbine projects across Brazil and Peru, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. Prior to this, Rodrigo was the Head of Project Implementation Team at Value Dynamics AG, where responsibilities included overseeing a major aquaculture project and managing a team of six. Rodrigo's career also encompasses significant roles at Alstom Power, including Head of Project Office Latin America and Project Manager, with a focus on service contracts for power generation equipment.
