Ryan Schlup graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. They have held various positions in the firearms manufacturing industry before transitioning to the power generation services sector, where they have worked for over four years. Ryan quickly advanced from leading heavy-duty gas turbine maintenance projects to their current role as Value Stream Operations Director at FieldCore, where they manage a team focused on developing and standardizing service procedures to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. They continue to collaborate with a global team for ongoing enhancements in technical content and operational processes.
