Ben Van Atta has extensive experience in customer support and adoption management, currently serving as a Customer Adoption Manager at FieldEdge by Xplor since May 2017, with previous roles including Go-live Added Value Specialist and Senior Support Specialist. Prior to this, Ben worked at Best Buy from November 2008 to November 2016 as a Covert Agent focusing on remote PC repair. Ben holds an Associate's degree in Education from Florida SouthWestern State College, earned between April 1997 and August 2001.
