Gina Baker, PMP®, CMS®, possesses extensive experience in program management, professional services, and customer success across various industries. At Dataiku, Gina led a team focused on enterprise AI adoption programs, successfully managing complex million-dollar projects. As Director of Product Implementations at TownSq, Gina merged separate implementation teams, enhancing collaboration and efficiency through optimized workflows and established Standard Operating Procedures. Previous roles include managing financial operations at Associa and holding leadership positions in spa management and office administration. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort and a Leadership & Supervision Master Certificate from the University of North Georgia. Currently, Gina serves as AI Transformation Lead at Fieldguide.
