Ryan Dillon

Ryan Dillon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan started their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at First Western Properties from 2007 to 2010. Ryan then served as an Investment Banking Associate at Cascadia Capital, where they performed financial modeling and valuation analyses. During their time at Cascadia Capital, they also developed an internal company database and led the internship program.

Ryan then joined Intapp, initially as the Head of FP&A, where they co-founded the FP&A team and was responsible for key financial insights and reporting. Ryan also led the evaluation and implementation of Adaptive Insights, improving forecast accuracy and efficiency. Later on, they became the Head of Analytics, establishing the Analytics team and providing critical insights for data-driven decision making. Ryan also played a significant role in supporting the company's IPO in 2021.

Prior to their current role, Ryan worked at Forethought as the Head of Finance. In this position, they led all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Analytics, providing strategic finance leadership. Ryan implemented key metrics to drive growth and efficiency, and promoted a data-oriented approach for scalability and efficiency.

Currently, Ryan is the Head of Finance at Fieldguide, starting in 2022, where they oversee the financial operations of the company.
