   2. Scribe is the tool in the Sales Reps’ hands that they use & talk with daily wherever they are
   3. Scribe enables companies to extract greater value from their existing CRMs with more and better customer information

By harnessing the power of Generative AI, Fieldist has developed a cutting-edge sales enablement platform built specifically for B2B field sales. Scribe delivers measurable value to both Sales Reps and Sales Management. It streamlines daily selling and advisory tasks for the Sales Reps, while at the same time capturing key tacit (tribal) knowledge and providing insight into what’s happening at a customer level for Sales Leadership. The tacit knowledge captured along with the autogenerated structured trip reports help dramatically reduce the revenue loss, onboarding delay and customer frustration that typically occurs with territory transition.

Fieldist Scribe empowers Sales Reps wherever they are — whether visiting customers at their location, driving between appointments, or working back at the office. With seamless integration across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, Scribe becomes a voice-activated AI companion tailored to each Sales Rep’s workflow. Structured trip reports are automatically generated from verbal sales notes. Dynamic To-Do lists ensure tasks are prioritized and completed on time. And activity based reminders help make certain that customers are seen with the appropriate frequency, Scribe even suggests topics to be discussed in the upcoming customer visit. Imagine every salesperson having a digital executive assistant and technical expert on call 24/7, now it’s possible.
