Jourdan Block

Jourdan Block, MBA CSP TSC, is the Owner and Chief Solutions Officer at Equiliem, where they have been serving since 2007, and concurrently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at FieldLink since 2019. With a rich background as a third-generation staffing leader, they emphasize the importance of teamwork, valuing relationships, and providing robust human capital solutions. Additionally, Jourdan was a Co-Chairman of the Microsoft Great Plains User Group for the New York and New Jersey Chapter from 2015 to 2020. They earned their Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business in 2020.
