Robin Winberg currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Fieldly since February 2021, where responsibilities also included roles as Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Robin worked at COS from October 2016 to February 2021, progressing from Customer Service Ambassador to Floor Manager. Earlier experience includes a tenure at MQ Retail AB from 2010 to 2016, holding positions as Retail Store Manager and Sales Advisor. Robin Winberg has extensive experience in customer success and retail management.
