Tomasz Warkocki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tomasz started their career in 2005 as a C++/C# developer at TiMSI. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Analyst at "T" Bureau. Tomasz then moved on to Isolution, where they worked as a Java developer from 2007 to 2007. After that, they joined Polar Rose as a Java developer from 2008 to 2009.
In 2010, Tomasz became a part of code quest, initially working as a Senior Software Engineer from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they were responsible for web application architecture definition and played a key role in building and improving Agile processes. Tomasz also mentored team members and contributed to the development of Ruby on Rails, Java, and Backbone.js, among other technologies. Later on, they took on the role of Head of Engineering from 2013 to 2015, where they continued to shape the web application architecture and led the recruitment and development of the team.
In 2015, Tomasz joined Fieldly as the Chief Technology Officer. In this position, they managed the development team, defined the technological strategy and systems architecture, and focused on building and improving Agile processes. Tomasz also had responsibilities as a DevOps and Scrum Master and played a crucial role in recruitment, team development, and team members' mentoring. Tomasz contributed to both Ruby on Rails and .NET development.
Their next role was at Mudita, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer from 2021 to 2022. During this time, they oversaw the technological aspects of the company and played a significant role in the organization's technology-related decisions.
Following their time at Mudita, Tomasz was hired by Twipe as the Head of Backend Technology in 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the backend technology operations.
Most recently, Tomasz joined Fieldly again in 2022 as a Software Solution Architect. Tomasz is currently responsible for designing software solutions in this role.
Tomasz Warkocki pursued their education at the Military University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. During this period, they completed their M.Sc. degree in Information Systems with a specialization in Cryptology. Following this, they attended the Warsaw University of Technology, where they pursued postgraduate studies in Software Engineering from 2006 to 2007.
