Fieldon Talent Partners is a modern recruitment and growth partner for roles in sales, purchasing, and negotiation. We match the right people with the right roles through a clear operating model, training, and ongoing support. Our goal is simple: enable better earnings, faster development, and measurable results.

We build teams for both new customer acquisition and purchasing. The work is hands-on and customer-centric: face-to-face field and event work where trust, negotiation skills, and proactiveness make the difference. You’ll get a clear playbook, structured onboarding, and coaching from an experienced team — plus opportunities to grow into responsibility and leadership.

We train both early-career and experienced professionals. Onboarding and sales/purchasing processes are covered step by step; you’ll practice real customer scenarios with seasoned coaches. Training can be delivered remotely or on-site (Helsinki). Start dates are flexible once the role is confirmed.

We operate across multiple markets and are currently recruiting in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway.
Earning example: average daily billing around €900/day.
Example: 15 working days/month → ~€13,500/month.
Our top performers exceed this level.
Note: Amounts are indicative and depend on role, market, and performance. The exact model (base + performance pay / invoicing) is confirmed in writing before start.

We’re looking for people who want to learn, succeed, and earn more. If you’re an energetic doer who thrives with customers and wants tangible results, join our growing team.

Opportunity to earn more. Clear model, training and support — we’re hiring now.
