Nikolay Dachev

Nikolay Dachev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nikolay currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Fieldontrack since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Progress Software from 2013 to 2017, where they held the positions of Vice President of Software Engineering for Sitefinity and Senior Director of the Telerik Sitefinity CMS engineering division. At Progress Software, they were responsible for managing large teams, budget planning, HR planning, and establishing division goals and metrics.

Before their time at Progress Software, Nikolay worked at Telerik from 2010 to 2012 as a Development Team Lead for the Sitefinity content management system. Prior to that, they worked at Eastisoft from 2000 to 2010, where they held various roles including Head of Research and Development, Project Manager, and Software Developer.

In 2007, Nikolay was involved in a web-based startup called FinZoom Financial Services, where they managed the technical roadmap and team, focusing on increasing the portal visits and customer funnel.
