Jonathan Kramer

Jonathan Kramer is a partner at Fields Howell, where they focus on litigation representing professional liability insurers in coverage litigation and claims defense. With significant experience in federal and state courts, Jonathan frequently represents the Lloyd’s market in reinsurance audits and complex first-party property claims. They have previously acted as an external consultant to Lloyd’s and spent nine months on secondment with two Lloyd’s syndicates, assisting primarily with professional liability and commercial property claims. Before joining Fields Howell in 2004, Jonathan clerked for Judge Peter T. Fay at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2004. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Doctor of Law from Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis, and is pursuing a degree in Economics & Business Studies from the University of Nottingham.
