Paul L. Fields

Paul L. Fields, Jr. is the Managing Partner at Fields Howell, where their practice focuses on representing insurers across the United States. With over eighteen years of experience in insurance law, Paul leads the firm’s first-party property team and handles significant casualty and professional indemnity as well as aviation matters. They have successfully served as lead counsel in multiple high-stakes arbitrations and jury trials, including a notable $40 million arbitration regarding Hurricane Katrina damage. Prior to their current role at Fields Howell, Paul practiced as an attorney at Lord Bissell & Brook LLP and Troutman Sanders LLP. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University and a Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
