Scott Hicks

Scott Hicks has extensive work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Scott is currently working as an Engineer at FieldStack since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amadeus Hospitality from 2014 to 2022, where they held positions such as Software Development Manager and Principal Engineer. At Amadeus, they managed engineering teams and oversaw the development of various projects, including Salesforce Data ETL and the migration of a venue diagramming software to HTML5. Before that, Scott worked at Fidelity Investments from 2009 to 2014 as a Sr. Technology Consultant, where they were responsible for leading the architecture of .NET/SQL Server web applications. Scott also worked at LogicBay, Inc. as a Software Architect from 2004 to 2009, where they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining LogicBay's Performance Center portal application and LogicTrak Learning Management System. Prior to that, Scott worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Software Engineer from 2000 to 2004, focusing on front-end and back-end development using Java, DHTML, and Dynamo ATG web server.

Scott Hicks earned a BA degree from Bucknell University, where they pursued a double major in Computer Science and Economics. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe Agilist 4.0 Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2017 and the SAFe for Teams 4.0 certification in June 2017.
