Wayne Purdom is a seasoned Senior Living Executive Leader with extensive experience in operations, brand development, and strategic leadership. They have held key positions at Cascadia Senior Living, progressing from Director of Operations to their current role as VP Brand & Experience, where they continue to focus on enhancing the well-being of staff, residents, and families. Prior to this, Wayne served in various leadership roles across the senior living sector, including managing asset operations and sales at Wilkinson Corporation and Prestige Senior Living. They began their career in political sciences, holding a degree from Pacific Lutheran University, and have also contributed to community initiatives as a campaign manager. Throughout their career, Wayne has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership development and operational excellence.
