FieldStone Homes is a construction and real estate company with a dual strategy of both homebuilding operations and land sale operations (the acquisition of raw land for entitlement, development and sale). The Company has been in existence since 1981.

In 2013, the Company made the decision to focus its operations in the greater Salt Lake City area.
