Susan Rice

Susan Rice is the current Senior Customer Success Manager at Fieldware, LLC. Previously, Susan served as the President of the American Probation and Parole Association, where Susan assisted in board governance and provided guidance in criminal justice reform. Prior to that, Susan was the Criminal Justice Lead at Promise, a payment solution company, and the Director of Community Supervision Partnerships at Uptrust. With a background as the Chief Probation Officer at Miami County Probation, Susan has a strong focus on connecting justice-involved individuals with local social services. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Kokomo.
