Jocelyn Genoso has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jocelyn began their career as a Salesforce Analyst at Realtytrac from 2007 to 2009, where they managed the design and layout of Salesforce and created training documentation. Then, from 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Sales Administrator at Bodycote, where they assisted the senior project manager in CRM application deployment and led the sales team in streamlining workflows and reporting.

In 2015, Jocelyn joined California Southern University as a Project Specialist, responsible for sourcing and tracking leads, disseminating analytic reports, and providing support with training materials and projects. Jocelyn then transitioned to Cancer Treatment Centers of America in 2016, working as a Business Analyst. In this role, they collaborated with customers to understand system requirements, designed technical solutions, and maintained alignment with product roadmaps.

In 2017, Jocelyn joined MedAire as a CRM & Pricing Analyst, where they reviewed and managed pricing requests, developed and implemented reporting systems, and provided data analysis and process improvement recommendations. Jocelyn then moved on to Acronis in 2019 as an Operations Analyst, responsible for creating and updating sales reports, gathering business requirements, and developing improved reporting solutions.

Most recently, Jocelyn worked at Spoon Publishing from 2020 to 2021 as a Business Manager. In this role, they sourced materials, negotiated contracts, conducted market research, and performed inventory inspections.

Currently, Jocelyn is employed as a Sales Operations Analyst at Fieldwire, starting in 2021. Jocelyn'sresponsibilities include owning sales metrics and reports, serving as the go-to person for Salesforce requests, and partnering with sales managers to drive training on Salesforce processes.

Throughout their career, Jocelyn has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Jocelyn Genoso's education history includes various academic achievements and certifications. Jocelyn completed the UCI Customer Experience Certificate Program at UC Irvine. Jocelyn also pursued Applied Business Data Analytics at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University. Jocelyn obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Project Management from California Southern University. Jocelyn had earlier earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Paul University.

In addition to their formal education, Jocelyn has obtained several certifications. Jocelyn became a DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist through DocuSign. Jocelyn also completed the course "Guy Kawasaki on Turning Life Wisdom into Business Success" offered by genConnectU. Jocelyn acquired the "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed the course "The Science of Well-Being" on Coursera.
