Leonor Willis

Leonor Willis currently serves as a Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst at Fieldwire by Hilti since November 2025 and is a member of the RevOps Co-op since January 2025. Previously, Leonor was the Principal of Business Development & Revenue Operations at RippleMatch from December 2021 to November 2025, where the focus was on revolutionizing recruitment for Gen Z through automation. Additional experience includes roles as Senior ABM Specialist and Account Based Marketing Specialist I-II at RippleMatch, and Educator at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2020 to November 2021. Leonor began a career in education as a Teaching Resident/Fellow with Urban Teachers from June 2019 to November 2021. Academically, Leonor holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Secondary Literacy and Special Education from The Johns Hopkins University.
