Tyler Harding began their work experience in 2014 at Dee Brown Companies, where they worked as an Estimating and Marketing role. Tyler was responsible for sales, maximizing revenue, and providing cost estimates in the construction process.

In 2018, they joined Barrett Steel Energy Products as an Account Manager. Tyler managed over 50 accounts, achieving long-term strategic account and relationship growth targets. Tyler increased revenue for all accounts by over $4 million and developed relationships at the Global Executive level for Fortune 500 companies.
