Studying the workplace is a precise science. Since the 1800’s, anthropologists have been using Ethnographic methods to gather first hand information documenting lives, societies and cultures in the people encountered. Ethnography in the workplace became prominent in the 1980’s. 

We use this method to hold up a lens to the way people live and work at your company. We do these things to shed new light on old habits, cultural things that have become ingrained and no longer serve you, things that are invisible because you pass them everyday, and things that are automatic.
