Fierce Calm is an established UK registered non-profit providing mental health support, trauma recovery and resilience programs within the Ukrainian state healthcare system in trauma rehabilitation centres, veterans hospitals, refugee centres and children's hospitals.

We are leaders in providing trauma informed, evidence based therapeutic yoga and mind/body protocols and training with many years experience working with survivors of conflict and violence: helping veterans, refugees and children face the mental and physical challenges of living with trauma related symptoms like PTSD.


In the UK we deliver and fund free yoga classes in shelters and community spaces to refugees, survivors of domestic violence, survivors of violence and conflict, and people facing systemic bias due to sexual orientation, income, age, racial or cultural identity.



We provide trauma informed yoga teacher training scholarships in advanced therapeutic yoga and holistic practices and the NHS accredited social prescribing program for marginalised and / or minoritised ethnicity students.



We lead the delivery of the OURMALA studio, community and online beneficiary yoga programme for refugees and asylum seekers in the UK.
