Richard Brady is an experienced recruitment professional and founder of fierlo, specializing in senior-level placements within the Machine Learning sector across the US and UK since January 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held various significant positions at RTM – part of Rethink Group, including Client Engagement Director, Regional Manager, and Head of Client Services, where responsibilities included developing talent solutions aligned with business strategies and enhancing client relationships.
