Practical coaching and counselling to help high achievers navigate change with clarity and balance.

Change can be motivating — and draining — especially for capable and driven professionals.

Fiery Bounce® provides life coaching, counselling, and psychoeducational webinars for high achievers navigating career transitions, burnout, and personal change. Our work is practical, evidence-based, and designed to support real life, not add pressure.

Founded by Clara Chen, a life coach, social worker and counsellor with over 15 years of experience across Australia and Singapore, Fiery Bounce® offers calm, thoughtful support for professionals who want to move forward without losing themselves in the process.

We support professionals who want to:
•	Make steady and well-considered decisions during change
•	Maintain wellbeing while performing at a high level
•	Redefine success without burning out
•	Feel grounded rather than overwhelmed

Our approach is informed by social work, psychology, neuroscience, and coaching frameworks, helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the brain are affected by change.
