Jobo Tam

Jobo Tam has extensive experience in the field of cloud computing and technology consulting. They began their career at HKT, where they held various roles, including Assistant Engineer, Senior Technical Officer, and Graduate Trainee. They then went on to work at WTT HK Limited as a Technology Consultant and Assistant Technology Consultant, where they provided telecom services and network solutions to customers. After that, they worked at CITIC Telecom CPC as a Solutions Consultant, offering technical expertise and guidance. At I Consulting Group Limited, Jobo served as a Cloud Solutions Architect, designing and implementing cloud migration solutions for customers. Most recently, they worked at eCloudvalley Digital Technology as a Solutions Architect and Cloud Solution Engineer, specializing in AWS architecture design, cloud migration, and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Currently, Jobo is working as an AWS Cloud Engineer at Fiery.

Jobo Tam completed a Master of Science (MSc) program in engineering enterprise management at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic and Communication Engineering from City University of Hong Kong between 2009 and 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies (AZ-300) certification from Microsoft in July 2020, the PIRNCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2017, and the Amazon Web Services Advanced Networking Specialty certification from Amazon in July 2022. Jobo also holds various Cisco certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate in January 2012, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in August 2016, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Design in May 2019. Additionally, they are an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, both obtained in 2020. Tam also holds the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification obtained in June 2018. However, the obtained month and year for the AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate, AZ-301: Microsoft Azure Architect Design (AZ-301), and Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500) certifications are not available.
