Massimo Fischetti has extensive work experience in technical sales and support roles. Massimo started their career in 1984 as a Software Developer for the Italian Navy. From 1988 to 1991, they worked as an Analyst and Software Developer at Assioma S.p.A., where they were responsible for developing software for major accounts.
In 1991, Fischetti joined Canon as a Headquarter Technical Support, providing third-level technical support to the indirect sales network and supporting customers. During their tenure at Canon, they also received training and certification to enhance their technical skills.
In 1999, Fischetti joined efi, where they held various roles as a Technical Sales Specialist and Technical Sales Support. In these positions, they built international relationships with marketing managers, account managers, and technical support teams. Fischetti was involved in pre-sales activities, including product launches and skills development for customers. Massimo also provided post-sales technical support to headquarters and their indirect channels and conducted training and certification programs for the technical team.
Most recently, in 2023, Fischetti joined Fiery as a Technical Sales Specialist.
Massimo Fischetti attended the Technical Institute of IT Science from 1978 to 1983, where they studied IT. Massimo obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Fiery® Expert Cutsheet Certification, Fiery® for Display Graphics Professional Certification, Fiery Certified Expert, and Fiery Edge profiling technology from EFI in 2022, 2019, 2015, and 2011 respectively. Additionally, they received the Fogra Digital Print Expert (VPC PSD CPC) certification from Fogra in 2013. Earlier in their career, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 1999 and the Certified Novell Administrator certification from Novell in 1998.
