Mike Robinson has a versatile work experience spanning over three decades. Mike began their career as a Graphic Artist at Valley Times in 1990. In 1991, they transitioned to a Technical Support Engineer role at EFI, where they provided technical support for the company's products. Mike was later promoted to a Technical Support Supervisor in 1994, where they supervised a group of technical support engineers and managed duty assignments and employee training programs. In 1995, Mike moved into Product Marketing Manager role at EFI, where they focused on defining and selecting product features for the Fiery product line. From 1997 to 2007, they served as a Sr. Manager of Product Planning at EFI, where their responsibilities included developing user-centric product planning processes and collaborating with design and engineering teams to create solutions aligned with customer requirements. Since 2008, Mike has held the role of Senior Product Line Manager at EFI, where they have been responsible for creating usable and feasible products and features for the Fiery product line. Mike has driven the successful launch of award-winning applications like Command WorkStation, which serves as the primary interface to the Fiery product.

Mike Robinson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from an undisclosed institution between the years 1985 and 1989. Mike furthered their education in 2022 by completing the Story Skills Workshop through Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops, subsequently receiving a certificate in STR.
