Andrew Newman

Andrew Newman is an experienced leader in volunteer management and workforce development, currently serving as Head of Volunteer Management at FIFA and Director of Legacy for Birmingham City Council. Previously, Andrew held key roles such as Director of Workforce and Volunteering for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, where oversight of a 50,000-member workforce was essential for the event's success. Andrew's extensive background includes significant positions with the Houston Parks Board, Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, Tough Mudder Inc., and the London 2012 Organising Committee, reflecting a consistent focus on mobilizing and managing large-scale workforces.
