Benjamin Tan is an experienced professional in the field of sports management, currently serving as Project Director for League Transformation at Sport Singapore since June 2021. Tan holds multiple roles within the Football Association of Thailand, including Chairman of the First Instance Body, Deputy CEO/Director of Club Licensing, and Chairman of the Match Commissioner Committee. Additionally, Tan has been involved with the Asian Football Confederation since July 2008 as an AFC Club Licensing Consultant and has held various positions related to match commissioning and club competitions. Since December 2014, Tan has also worked with FIFA as a Match Commissioner and Consultant. Earlier career experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Development & Planning and Competitions Manager at the Football Association of Singapore. Tan earned a degree in Mass Communications from Edith Cowan University between 1999 and 2002.
